Please be advised that terms and conditions apply, which do include a charge for any tickets that are not cancelled within our cancellation period. Specifically:

 

• If less than 14 days’ notice of your non-attendance is given, an automatic invoice will be raised for £52

• If less than 8 days’ notice of your non-attendance is given, an automatic invoice will be raised for £72

• Where delegate is a no-show on the day, without prior notification, an automatic invoice will be raised for the full, non-subsidised ticket rate of £92
